Whitehill & Bordon – ‘The Shed’
Creating a community based Supercar & Classic Day was the brief for this event. As part of the Prince Philip Park redevelopment scheme in Whitehill & Bordon. The Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, is the joint venture between Dorchester Regeneration and Taylor Wimpey UK
The Shed – a large food & drink venue – was at the heart of this event. Surrounding the venue are newly landscaped public areas including a public square and a small town park.
We were given free reign of all areas and asked to curate a wide range of cars to form part of the event which was free to the public. We set to work and as a result ended up with 70+ cars on display from classics through to supercars with a selection of small businesses on display as well.
As part of our work we also created and hosted a web page for all display vehicles to register, issued display tickets to those selected and managed the event from start to finish including all logistics on the day to ensure the smooth running of the event and to make sure it was visually pleasing!
- Site visit to explore event space & layout
- Event concept, name and logo produced
- Web page created & hosted for registrations & info
- Full management of those attending
- Site plan plus health & safety documentation
- Full on-the-day event management

EV Discovery Drives
The EV market has been very contraversial as it’s grown especially when it comes to the car community. Part of this problem stems from so many not actually trying an EV for the first time and seeing what’s on offer, especially as choice, design and range have evolved massively of late.
Mix this with the requirement for dealerships sales figures to contain at least 22% EV’s and that static events don’t generally get the desired results, we produced an EV test drive event on location OUTSIDE of the dealership. Each attendee drove their pre-booked choice of EV on the road for 1 hour following a pre-planned route that we had suppplied.
Providing a sales nuetral environment, in this case a luxury hotel, means both client (a large multi-brand dealer group) and sales team could exist without the pressures a dealership environment may bring, and as a result should provide a much more relaxed and informal experience.
When pitched to the dealer group they were inspired to instruct us with 12 EV’s across 7 of the brands they represent. A date was set and the event was a huge success!
- Full event concept & structure
- Pre-event marketing using select vehicles
- Venue selection & booking including indoor space
- Web page created & hosted for registrations
- Full ticketing system created including hourly slots per car
- Food & drink included for attendees
- Full on-the-day event management
- Customer follow up & feedback
Having a new audience and new event concept presented to us with ‘Discovery Drives’ allowed a completely different approach to ‘EV Education’ for buyers. The location selected was perfect not only in location to our business but truly impressive in venue itself for the attending guests and the wow factor. The experience both in the preparation and execution on the day was so well organised that it made this by far the best event we have attended.
As a direct result of the event 2 EV’s were sold to participants.

Group Euro Tour
This was a European group driving tour for a private members club, taking 10 cars & 16 guests across France, Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg over a 4 day duration.
Planning was key to make the most of the time away and experience some of the best driving roads in the area whilst maintaining an enjoyable group experience. With the brief including he requirement to not only enjoy the driving routes, but also to take in local culture & architecture as for some this was their first foray into European driving.
The final trip plan involved a full day driving through 3 countries – starting in Germany, continuing into Luxembourg and through to Belgium – a day at Spa Francorchamps enjoying some race action, and a visit to the famous Reims-Gueux granstands. We stayed in authentic German accommodation, and of course drank their locally brewed beer!
The whole group had an incredible journey and new friendships were made along the way. Luxembourg was the surprise favourite for driving roads too!
- Full route planning & navigation plotting
- Venue scouting (accommodation)
- Design & production of souvenier guide book
- Full trip support (x 2 vehicles)
- Full booking system created

Sunday Social
- Full event concept & plan
- Marketing assets designed & distributed
- Web page created & hosted for registrations
- Relevent sponsor sourced & managed
- Full on-the-day event management
- Mobile barista coffee setup provided

Coffee & Car events have seen a huge increase in popularity over the last 3-4 years and are a great way to build a community and meet new potential clients. This particular Sunday Social was created for a luxury vehicle storage business and their on-site partner in vehicle detailing.
A smaller scale event to fit the space the client had available and offered out for registrations via the Driven Life website. We also provided a full mobile coffee solution for the event (featured in the video) as the client didn’t have the facility to cater for this volume of coffee. We use our partner brand Driven By Coffee for this scenario.
This particular event also included a sponsor who came along to showcase luxury automotive timepeices on the day adding an extra element of interest for those coming, whilst also fitting the venue and setup.
